She is a member of California State Bar. Carrie received her Bachelor of Law Degree from Liverpool Law School, United Kingdom and was admitted as a Barrister at Law, Lincolns Inn, United Kingdom. She was also a practicing attorney in Malaysia and worked as the Head of Legal Department for a public company prior to practicing law in California. She handled hundreds of employment based immigration cases such as EB1, EB2, NIW, EB-3, EB-4, EB-5 and working visas such as H1-B, L1-A, E-1, E-2, TN, O1/2, P1/2/3, R-1 and more. She also handled family based immigration cases such as I-130, I-485, I-751, K-1/3 and etc.. Aside that, she specializes in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status including obtaining guardianship from the court. Her other experience including filing federal writ of mandamus, 601 waiver, 214(d) waiver.
